A paint booth (also known as a paint spray booth or spray booth) is a specially constructed housing designed for paint spraying operations and for the containment and removal of excess spray and vapour generated during the spray application process.

Anti-corrosion coatings are applied to metal surfaces using spraying techniques. Paint booths are usually built to be fire and explosion resistant and safe. When surface preparation or coating application outdoors or in an exposed interior space is not practical, a spray booth is often used. This can be due to a variety of reasons, including adverse weather or atmospheric conditions, environmental hazards associated with the coating to be applied, worker preference, temperature regulation, and vapor containment.
